RECYCLEMANIA
We are going recycling-crazy! Campers will learn the importance of recycling and how to re-utilize everyday objects and turn them into STEM and art creations. Many of the creations are submitted to the YMCA’s Annual Thingamajig Invention Convention for a chance to win prizes!
GOOP & MAGICAL SOLUTIONS
Join us on a wacky adventure through all kinds of cool and crazy chemical reactions. Use chemicals to make slippery slime and watch colors separate before your eyes! Find out how to make volcanoes erupt, what oobleck is, how to make gak and more! Add in messy games and activities, creating a slimy, grimy, goopy and magical experience.
FARM TO TABLE
This camp is all encompassing farm to table camp. Campers will engage in various fun activities about soil nutrients, life cycle of plants, produce gardening, and harvesting. Campers will end the week creating some healthy snacks!
CONSTRUCTION DESTRUCTION
Investigate engineering from inside out. Campers will get to deconstruct popular toys and everyday household items and discover how they can be put together again. This is a great camp for curious minds that always want to know how things work.
