Celebrate your special occasion with us! Our parties include 1 hour of gymnastics games and equipment skills followed by a half-hour-long celebration. We provide instructors, a room (equipped with tables and chairs), and a refrigerator with a small freezer. You provide the food and decorations.

The price of the birthday party included a maximum number of 16 children who could participate in the party, including the birthday child and any sibling. If you would like to increase the number of participants, you must do so at least two weeks before the Birthday Party with the Birthday Party Coordinator for an additional fee. Please note that there will be an additional $50.00 fee added for any unaccounted guest who participates in the birthday.
Within the fee that is paid for the birthday party, there is a $100.00 non-refundable cancellation deposit. You may cancel the party two weeks in advance to obtain a refund of the remaining balance. If the party is canceled by the host party within two weeks before the party, no refund can be issued.
At the current time, we are asking only the host family to stay in the facility during the party. We asked that you ask all the parents of your guests to drop them off when the party starts and pick them up at the end.
Yes, decorations and food can be brought into the facility. The host family will be responsible for setting up and cleaning up any decorations and food. If desired by the host family, the gymnastic instructor can assist with set up and clean up. There is also a refrigerator available to refrigerate anything during the party.
Alcohol is not permitted on any of the YMCA premises including the Arlington YMCA Woodmont Gymnastics Center.
The host family can arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up. The instructors are available to assist in setting up the decorations and bring in the things from the host family car if needed.
Athletic comfortable clothes should be worn to the party. Dangling jewelry (necklaces, bracelets, or earrings), as well as headwear like plastic headbands and clips, are not recommended. For safety reasons, we ask that all the children who will be participating in the party take off their socks and shoes while on the equipment and if applicable tie up their hair.
