Whether you want to burn calories and get your heart rate up with Les Mills GRIT®, Spin, Zumba, or Cardio Kickboxing classes, build muscle with Les Mills Bodypump™, Bootcamp, and H.I.I.T., or get centered with aerial yoga, pilates, power Vinyasa, and meditation classes, we have something for everyone. These classes not only improve physical health but also provide mental health benefits, helping to improve focus, balance, range of motion, and pain management.

Group classes allow members to make new friends and have fun while gaining strength, endurance, and energy in a welcoming, supportive environment led by skilled and certified instructors. For those who prefer working out solo, the YMCA offers a wide array of top-of-the-line cardio and weight machines, as well as classic free weights. For a more personalized approach, we provide one-on-one personal training sessions with certified trainers who create individualized workout plans tailored to specific goals and fitness levels. After an intense workout, members can unwind in our locker rooms equipped with steam rooms, saunas, showers, towel service, and a lounge.
