Caroline Schmalz, our registered dietician, provides individual counseling sessions at both the beginning and end of the program to address your unique dietary needs and challenges. These virtual sessions mean you can meet with Caroline from anywhere, gaining insights into the best choices to fuel your body.

5. Access to WhatsApp

Staying motivated between sessions is easier with support, and that’s where our dedicated WhatsApp group comes in. Here, you can share your meals, workouts, and favorite recipes with other participants. The app serves as a motivational tool, helping you stay connected and inspired daily as you work toward your goals.

6. Virtual Workshops

Throughout the eight-week program, you’ll attend three virtual workshops on nutrition, physical activity, and other relevant topics that arise during the 8-week program. These workshops are a chance to deepen your understanding and learn practical ways to integrate healthy habits into your routine.

7. Weekly Supportive Emails
