YMCA Bethesda-Chevy Chase Youth Programs

At YMCA Bethesda Chevy-Chase, our Early Learning Programs utilize the research-based Creative Curriculum® to customize hands-on, project-based investigations that encourage curiosity, invite exploration, and ignite a passion for learning through the excitement of new discoveries. 

For older students, the Y’s School Age Programs ensure students are well cared for before and after school.  Our trained and certified professionals improve students’ academic experience and extend the learning day by promoting strong study habits, creativity, critical thinking skills, and social-emotional development.  Caring staff members motivate students to embrace new challenges and reach their academic objectives. Additionally, the YMCA ensures students have fun building healthy habits and getting physically active by incorporating games, sports, and movement into daily routines.  Our staff make sure children of all ages are having fun as they build their confidence, leadership skills, and teamwork abilities.
