All of the marketing materials that are available below are examples of what has been done in the past. Each year, the marketing department will develop campaign strategy and creative for the COO’s approval. Once approved, the updated marketing elements will be added to this page. If you would like to order a customized marketing piece, please first discuss your marketing request with your direct supervisor and the core business champion for approval.
From there, please download the example marketing piece, write an email with all of the changes and edits you would like to see made, attach the marketing piece to the email and send it to guy.hash@ymcadc.org. Please be as specific as you can regarding the edits and expect a 1-3 day turnaround time. You can check the status of your project in Airtable after 24 hours. If you would like a completely custom flyer made, please send a detailed email with your request to guy.hash@ymcadc.org (again, please first discuss your marketing request with your direct supervisor and the core business champion for approval).
