Started at Camp: Camp Letts – February 2022; Been working at camps since June 2004. My favorite thing about camp is providing opportunities to youth who would not otherwise get them

MEREDITH SMITH
Position: Associate Executive Director
Hometown: Easton, MD
Started at Camp: Camp Letts – July 2022; Been working Youth Development Programs at YMCA of Metro Washington since 2001 My favorite thing about camp is when I hear campers say they have had “THE BEST DAY EVER!”
Favorite camp activity: Hanging out in the trees at high ropes
Fun fact!: “I was an international exchange student and spent my 11th grade of high school living and studying in Venezuela, South America”
MADISON ROWELL
Position: Retreat Director

Started at Camp: April 2021; Been working for the YMCA since 2015. My favorite thing about camp is observing camper’s trying something new for the first time!
