There are two ways to visit the Y as a guest:
Get A Guest Pass
Non-members visiting the YMCA can do so by purchasing a Day Pass. With your Day Pass, you will get a taste of the YMCA membership experience, including access to our beautiful pools, state-of-the-art Wellness Centers, and energizing group exercise classes. We look forward to your visit!

Day Passes are $30 per day, per guest. This is paid at the Welcome Center upon your arrival.

Local area guests (those who live or work in the DMV region) are limited to 3 guest pass redemptions within any calendar year. Click here if you would like information about how to become a member.
*All guests are required to show a photo ID and complete a waiver. You can complete the waiver ahead of time by selecting the branch you will be visiting below and completing the form.

All members receive 2 complimentary VIP Guest Passes to share with their friends and family annually.
- Guests are limited to one complimentary guest pass redemption per year.
- If your friend or family member (the host member) has no VIP Guest Passes available, you can visit the Y at a reduced Day Pass rate of $10/per day per person.
Let’s connect! Guests unaccompanied by their host member will receive a personalized tour of the facility. This can be done before or after your visit. Please ask your host member to call ahead to arrange your visit.

All guests must be at least 18-years old and a local resident. Guests are limitd to one-guest pass redemption during any six-month period. The four-day guest pass provides four consecutive days of access to any one YMCA of Metropolitan Washington location. The guest pass is non-transferable and has no cash value. Some services and amenities may require an additional fee and restrictions apply. Each guest must present a valid form of identification upon entry and sign the guest waiver form.
