Pedaling for Parkinson’s

The YMCA of Metropolitan Washington is excited to offer Pedaling for Parkinson’s™ through generous support by a community grant from the Parkinson’s Foundation.

For more than ten years, Pedaling for Parkinson’s™ classes have helped thousands of people with Parkinson’s get moving, find community, and feel better. Reseach has shown that participants engaging in the simple protocol of cycling three times a week over eight weeks, can reduce Parkinson’s related symptoms by as much as 35%.
