There are many benefits of working out that are often not properly recognized and celebrated. Your workout partner can help you to better appreciate the progress that is being made each day.

* Valid from December 26, 2024 to January 31, 2025: members may refer friends to “try the Y” with a free one-day guest pass (limit two awards per member). Guests are limited to one complimentary guest pass redemption per year. Guests that use these passes and are unaccompanied by a YMCA member will be required to take a tour of the facility (this can be done at either the start or end of the visit). Non-Member friends that join from December 26, 2024 to January 31, 2025 may do so with the $0 enrollment fee offer, which is available for new full facility memberships at participating YMCA of Metropolitan Washington locations (does not include the YMCA Arlington Tennis & Pickleball facility).
