Barbara Favola
Barbara Favola has been a resident of Arlington since 1982 and has been on the Arlington board since 1995. Favola was first elected to the Virginia Senate in 2011 in the 31st district.
Greg Hamilton
Greg Hamilton is the publisher and co-founder of Arlington Magazine, a community-focused lifestyle magazine serving Arlington, McLean and Falls Church. Greg and his wife Maureen live with their three daughters in the Tara-Leeway Heights neighborhood.
Lynda Horvath
Lynda has served on the Arlington Y Board for fourteen years. She loves that the Y is for everyone. She has been an Arlington resident for 38 years and retired Senior Vice President at Fannie Mae.
Terron Sims
Terron Sims, II is a community and education activist who is member of Arlington’s Inaugural 40 Under 40 class. He has served on the Y board since the end of 2016.
Kelly King
Kelly is Government Consultant working in the areas of strategy, project management and organizational change. She is passionate about wellness and fitness and has been a group fitness instructor and personal trainer for over 25 years.
Rohini Chopra
Rohini Chopra has been a member of the Arlington Y Board since 2015. She has served as a real estate structured finance banker with Walker & Dunlop and on the digital strategy team at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Sara Mariska
Sara is a Northern Virginia native that practices land use law at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP. Sara joined the board of the Arlington YMCA in 2014.
Jackie Jenks
Jacky Jenks works at SCAN of Northern Virginia, a nonprofit that protects the well-being of children and promotes positive parenting. Dedicated to building a community that values everyone, regardless of age, income or background, she has been a proud member of the Arlington Y Board since 2016.
Sharon Buccino
An Arlington resident for 25 years, Sharon Buccino was excited to join the board in 2018.
Bill Roske
Bill joined the YMCA board in 2015 because the Y combines my interest in kids and being active. He has 3 young children and enjoys being active by biking and playing competitive team sports among friends.

Samantha Grieco joined The Arlington Y board in 2020. She is a Financial Consultant at Charles Schwab working with individuals, families and organizations to accomplish their goals with personalized wealth management and financial planning.
